Start with the operating basis
Define the fruit and product boundary
State whether the supplied equipment receives whole bananas, peeled flesh or another prepared feed. Record the available varieties, maturity range and preparation already completed.
Give the puree an assessable brief: required finish and any color or viscosity criteria with their methods. Identify the intended receiving process instead of treating the word viscous as a complete product specification.

Assess the proposed pulping arrangement

Compare accepted product and rejected fractions using the same documented trial basis. A pulping result should not be taken as proof of every requested color, texture or downstream performance attribute.
